Showcasing the classic tenets of the region’s traditional dishes and even drawing inspiration from his own Emilia-Romagnese family recipes, Chef de Cuisine Joey Fecci crafts another tasting of incredible culinary stories, complemented by regional wines and extraordinary dolci from Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.
Tastings are available as a five- or eight-course experience for the entire table only. With advanced notice we are able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions.
