Known as the "Diamond of the Kitchen," the coveted white truffle stars in Chef de Cuisine Joey Fecci’s exclusive four-course tasting menu featuring dishes such as Capesante, caramelized sunchoke, caviar and brown butter; and Guancia di Manzo, braised beef cheek, celeriac and black trumpet. Exceptional wine pairings and extraordinary dolci round out this special evening – available one-night-only in the dining room.

Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of bubby with a tasting of Parmigiano-Reggiano fresh from the wheel and drizzled with our custom blended balsamico, before embarking on a memorable culinary experience celebrating il tartufo bianco!

Four-course tasting menu, $300 per person
With beverage pairings, $400 per person

Yolan is honored to welcome our purveyor and Italian-born chef Giacomo Marinello to the dining room to shave tartufi bianchi atop this special menu. Marinello imports the world's finest truffles and truffle products from the legendary, three-generations old Italian San Pietro a Pettine estate in Umbria, Italy.
