During this exclusive experience, learn how to make Chef Tony's legendary and uniquely-shaped gnocchi –one of Yolan's most popular, signature dishes. Then, enjoy a special three-course lunch of salad, gnocchi with black truffle shavings, dessert, and wine pairings by Cathy Mantuano.
