In partnership with Capital One and Michelin, Chef Tony Mantuano welcomes Chef Enrique Limardo of one-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant Imperfecto for a one-night-only culinary celebration, launching the new “MICHELIN on the Road” series exclusive to Capital One cardholders.
The evening will include a sparkling reception with passed canapés hosted by Chef Limardo and Chef Mantuano, and a five-course menu with pairings curated by wine and hospitality expert, Cathy Mantuano.
The collaborative menu will feature dishes from both chefs, including a Cured Lamb Loin Tartare and Braised Beef Cheek Torchon prepared by Chef Limardo, two signature pastas from Chef Tony Mantuano, and a dessert finale by Yolan’s Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.
$300 per person, inclusive of reception and five-course menu with wine pairings
