Yolan’s Chef Tony Mantuano welcomes Chef Julia Jaksic of Cafe Roze and Roze Pony to present a special evening celebrating the Adriatic. Experience a blending of regional cuisines inspired by Chef Jaksic’s Croatian heritage and Yolan’s Italian roots as the chefs prepare a five-course menu of enticing dishes, such as Pljukanci pasta with wild mushroom ragu and black winter truffle; Brudet, a traditional Croatian seafood stew with scallops and langoustine; and a decadent dessert of caramelized puff pastry, vanilla bean diplomat and whipped sweet cheese.
