Drawing inspiration from the region's traditional dishes like Spaghetti alla Chittarra and Scrippelle 'Mbusse, and even crafting dishes centered around a single premier ingredient, Chef de Cuisine Joey Fecci presents another incredible tasting of culinary stories, complemented by regional wines and extraordinary dolci from Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.
Tastings are available as a five- or eight-course experience for the entire table only. With advanced notice we are able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions for the five-course tasting menu only this season.
