Dishes feature a variety of treasures from the sea, such as red prawns, sea urchin, octopus, cuttlefish, and clams, and the menu culminates in Capretto in Crespelle with goat, crepes, chives, and Marzapane with toasted almond sponge, amaretto-poached pear, bitter orange mascarpone, burnt honey jam.
