Following a sparkling welcome reception, experience the ultimate convergence of modern and time-honored flavors of curated Ashes & Diamonds pours, paired with Chef Selim Ülker’s five-course tasting menu, featuring Steak Tartare with local Doddy Creek Farms sirloin, Yolan’s signature Gnocchi showered with truffles, and finishing with seasonal dolce of Sorbetti with roasted strawberry, chamomile, and lemon granita.
